Share. The record date is May 18, 2007; with
a payable date of May 25, 2007. The New York
Stock Exchange has set Wednesday, May 16, 2007 as the FNM ex-distribution date
for
this distribution. This coporate action will be coordinated with the Options
Clearing Corporation.
